Welcome to my psychiatry, therapy, and coaching practice.
For potential new clients, I offer a complimentary 15 minute phone call so we can decide if your needs and my services are well aligned. If so, we start by identifying your priorities in work, life, or both. Then we typically meet together for 8 - 14 coaching or counseling sessions, with refresher visits as needed. If needed, I also prescribe medication for anxiety and depression.
I believe in empowering my clients. As a result, a major aim of our work together is to equip you with psychological insights and skills you can use in practical ways. We'll also use cognitive-behavioral strategies and mindfulness techniques you can continue to draw from in the future. My practice approach is warm and collaborative, and I truly view our work together as a partnership. Sessions are available both in-person and via telepsychiatry/teletherapy (NY, CA, and FL).
