About women and ADHD. Did you know that ADHD is often underdiagnosed in women and high achievers? Common barriers include stigma, overworking to compensate, and misguided assumptions about what ADHD looks like. As a result, women with adult ADHD may experience significant anxiety, depression, or relationship stress before a diagnosis is actually made. |
I offer four different types of care for women with Adult ADHD.

I provide medication evaluation and treatment via telehealth clinical appointments.
#2) Individual or Partner sessions.
I offer individual and/or partner coaching sessions to help people practically manage the challenges of adult ADHD.
#3) Comprehensive diagnostic assessment (with or without documentation).
I offer comprehensive ADHD evaluations with structured clinical assessments. Assessments used to create a comprehensive, longitudinal look at the trajectory of ADHD symptoms going back to childhood can include the following instruments:
I also provide documentation in support of accommodations at school or in the workplace. Examples of recommended accommodations may include:

I offer an 8-week ADHD Brief Coaching Module, based on the Harvard evidence-based cognitive behavioral model. We use practical in-session learning and active between-session assignments to look at the following key areas:

I also provide documentation in support of accommodations at school or in the workplace. Examples of recommended accommodations may include:
- breaks in testing or long tasks to allow time to re-focus
- recording sessions to allow for later replay and review of information
- flexible scheduling

- How to create workable solutions for big tasks
- How to deal with distractibility
- How to handle the core ADHD cognitive errors that lead to:
- anxiety, guilt, or self blame
- procrastination or difficulty making decisions
- overly-ambitious agendas
- burnout
