Ann Woo-Ming Park, M.D.
Women's Psychiatry, Counseling, and Coaching
I am a Board-certified psychiatrist, therapist, and coach who specializes in working with women and the AAPI community. I help my clients thrive in work and life.
My practice provides psychiatric expertise, medication management, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and mindful approaches to emotional health. My therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and emphasizes actionable steps.
Background:
After completing a double major in Chemistry and Psychology at Duke University, I got my medical degree at the Emory University School of Medicine, and did my psychiatry residency at the Weill Cornell Medical Center - Westchester where I was chief resident.
Subsequently, I completed a specialty fellowship in the biology of mood disorders at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City. Rounding out a holistic approach to practice, I'm certified in the Science of Happiness through the UC-Berkeley Greater Good Science Center and study mindfulness through the Mindful Awareness Research Center at UCLA.
I also serve as a Duke Alumni Career Coach (go Blue Devils!).
